TND is a weekly gravel ride on Thursday nights, beginning and ending at Hart Middle School. All are welcome - we have A, B and C groups with the C group being a no-drop ride. We roll at 5:45pm, so come on out and ride with us!

White Pine Coffee Ride
40 to 60+ mile options
Follow our team Facebook group for updates on future rides. This is a no drop gravel ride but you should be able to maintain a 16-17mph pace at this distance. This ride begins and ends at Hart Middle School in Rochester, Michigan with a mid-ride coffee stop at White Pine Coffee in Oxford.

De Ronde van Grampian (DRvG)

The DRvG is a gravel race derived from a history of rides and races in both Oakland and Lapeer counties. Mitten Velo hosts this race, which is now part of the Michigan Gravel Race Series (link to the MGRS site) and pays tribute to the Ronde van Stony, Grampian Challenge.

Summer Solstice Ride
61 miles
The Mitten Velo Summer Solstice Ride is our way of celebrating the longest day of the year with a long gravel ride. 61 miles. 4 counties. A little bit of pavement, a little bit of rails to trails and lots of dirt roads. Thursday, June 20nd, 5:45 pm, at Hart Middle School in Rochester, Michigan. Headlight and taillight are required. You need some miles in your legs to do this ride. Expect to average 16 mph for 64 miles. The group will be kept from averaging 20 mph, but if you can't average 16 mph, start earlier or ride the route backwards to meet up with the group. You should have a 50 mile ride in your legs already this year before attempting this ride.

This casual rode ride leaves most Sundays from Birmingham, Michigan. This route winds its way through many of the Detroit neighborhoods with a mid ride coffee stop in Downtown Detroit.

Michigan Fat Bike Challenge
Distance varies by segment
The Michigan Fat Bike Challenge is comprised of eight different segments spread across eight weeks beginning in December. Participants will complete each segment within a defined time frame and all who attempt each segment will win a free Cold Stone ice cream cake. An end of series celebration will be held to celebrate the top finishers and all who competed.
